Arbitration

When conducting arbitration at the World Arbitration Centre, the parties may agree the arbitral tribunal to apply the Rules on the Taking of Evidence in International Arbitration adopted by the

International Bar Association (the IBA Evidence Taking Rules). The IBA Evidence Taking Rules are largely based on the tradition of Anglo-American adversarial procedures, and they contain useful provisions on evidence taking, evidence production, evidence review and examination, and the role of arbitral tribunals.
