The parties may also agree that the World Arbitration Centre will conduct institutional arbitration in accordance with the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law Arbitration Rules (UNCITRAL Rules). The World Arbitration Centre will administer the arbitration proceedings of such cases in accordance with the provisions of the UNCITRAL rules.
