The World Arbitration Center can assist ad hoc arbitration in accordance with the United Nations International Trade Law Commission's UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules (UNCITRAL Rules).

To this end, the World Arbitration Center has formulated the Guidelines for Assisting Ad Hoc Arbitration under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules (“the Guidelines”). The Guidelines clarify the scope of assistance that the Centre can provide, the assistance procedures and fees schedule.
