The World Arbitration Center collects administrative fee and remuneration of arbitrator(s) in advance as a deposit according to the "Arbitration Fee Schedule" formulated by the Centre. Both are calculated as a percentage of the disputed amount of the case on a sliding basis. In addition, for huge-amounted arbitration cases, the arbitration fee schedule also stipulates a capped amount.

The estimated amount does not include additional actual costs incurred by the Center and the arbitral tribunal during the arbitration, nor does it include legal costs such as attorneys' fees incurred by the parties.
